This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality work safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll play a key role in driving project success—managing budgets and schedules, coordinating resources, and keeping projects moving forward while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and clients. What You'll Be Doing Lead electrical construction projects from start to finish Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation Coordinate with field leadership to maintain productivity and project timelines Manage contracts, change orders, and billing processes Track project financial performance and forecasting Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders What We're Looking For Experience managing electrical construction projects Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost management Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple moving parts of a project Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience working with subcontractors and field teams This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects, solving problems, and working closely with teams to deliver successful construction projects.
