Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. The Senior Manager of Quality leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of quality management processes across all Manufacturing and Distribution (M&D) facilities. Operating across multi-site locations, this role resolves operational risks, standardizes compliance, and mitigates quality failures to maximize overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. ISO 9001
2015 certification while building high-performing quality teams. Additionally, this role aligns quality operations with executive strategy by delivering data-driven ROI insights and performance metrics to C-level stakeholders. What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of the annual
ISO 9001
2015 certification across all manufacturing and distribution facilities Oversee multi-site quality operations to optimize process compliance, supplier qualifications, failure analysis, and first article inspections Establish data-driven quality procedures and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals and departmental OKRs Partner with Hardware, Software, Operations, and C-level executive leadership to communicate project progress, risks, and financial ROI Direct and mentor a cross-functional team of quality engineers, technical writers, and quality analysts through comprehensive performance management Evaluate and integrate AI application tools to enhance predictive risk analysis, statistical process control, and automated quality reporting Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): Proven critical experience leading end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS) administration and complex operational risk mitigation across multi-site environments Advanced proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), data interpretation, and quantitative decision-making Demonstrated strength in strategic cross-functional collaboration, executive presentation, and C-level stakeholder management High-level leadership expertise in team development, capacity planning, resource allocation, and supervisory oversight Applied AI literacy to identify and deploy emerging technologies that optimize root-cause failure analysis and quality workflows Strong problem-solving capabilities utilizing structured quality frameworks to define issues, establish facts, and execute sustainable solutions
Additional Qualifications:
Active professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality, IPC-A-610, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting scientific journals, legal documents, and financial reports
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field
Minimum Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience in quality management or manufacturing operations

Salary Ranges Compensation:

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
