Opens a new window. HGA is seeking a Front Range Regional Manager to lead and expand operations across its Front Range offices in Brighton and Fort Collins, CO. This leadership position blends technical excellence with team mentorship, making it ideal for an experienced professional eager to shape regional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

Guide a team of designers and engineers, promote safety and quality, and drive short- and long-term resource and business development planning.

Project Oversight:

Lead the design of overhead and underground power distribution systems. Knowledge and experience in transmission will be considered. Ensure project scope, timelines, andbudgets are met while upholding industry and client standards.

Client Engagement:

Serve as the primary client liaison, managing relationships, addressing technicalneeds, and promoting regional awareness of HGAs capabilities.

Quality & Compliance:

Oversee quality assurance, ensure adherence to local, state, and federalstandards (NESC, NEC, IEEE), and stay ahead of utility trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited). 8+ years in power distribution/transmission. Strong design software and GIS platform proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArcFM).

Preferred Qualifications:

PE license or ability to obtain within six months. Industry connections and experience in renewable energy or low/medium-voltage systems. In-depth knowledge of utility codes and standards. Located within commuting distance of Brighton or Fort Collins, CO. The pay for this position will be in the $120k-$170k range.
