This role is ideal for a civil engineering professional with a strong technical foundation who is ready to take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and grow our Denver practice. Denver, CO What You'll Do:
Prepare project proposals Organize and complete projects from inception to completion Plan, design and manage a variety of private owner driven commercial land development projects Collaborate with other Farnsworth Group disciplines Communicate with clients regarding current and future projects Attend city staff and council/ board meetings Assist with business development efforts
What You'll Need:
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university 8-12 years of civil engineering experience Professional Engineer (PE) License Experience working with private owner projects and clients Experience in the Colorado Front Range Ability to effectively manage clients and participate in business development activities Strong team player that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience required Strong communication skills Contract and negotiating skills

Salary Range:
$95,000 - $125,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skill of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity) Statement on
