Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience managing network projects. Experience in an Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) network, specifically terrestrial fiber routes and cable vault infrastructure. Experience managing a team, focusing on operational delivery and career coaching. Experience managing fiber optic network inventory data and ensuring data integrity.Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. Experience in fiber splicing and optical power budget calculation. Experience with design automation and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Excellent problem-solving ability, data analysis, and advanced data handling skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the Planning Operations team, resolving high-level long-haul optical plans into detailed proposed designs with continuity and inventory alignment. Manage inventory gaps by allocating consumption to Salesforce opportunities or triggering new acquisitions. Coach and develop the team for career growth and impactful work. Oversee asset modeling, inventory intake, and geospatial cataloging of new terrestrial fiber and rack/space/power assets. Monitor supply-to-demand matching to ensure published plans have clear traceability to inventory. Maintain data integrity standards and lead operational quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
