Job Description Ferguson Electric's Highway Division is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of assigned projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-construction and construction activities while working closely with the Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager and Project Foreman. The Project Manager will also serve as a key point of contact with customers and inspection teams to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable requirements and standards. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement through final completion Manage projects in accordance with contract specifications, code requirements, company safety policies, and OSHA regulations Monitor and manage project financial performance through ongoing job forecasting and cost control Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure a seamless transition from estimating to field operations Collaborate with prefabrication and construction departments to support project execution Coordinate activities between Ferguson Electric field crews, subcontractors, utility companies, and customer inspection teams Oversee utility relocations and related construction activities, when applicable Ensure timely completion of all project closeout documentation and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience required Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Knowledge of construction practices, project scheduling, and budgeting Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards preferred Industry-leading benefits package effective on date of hire include: Health, dental, and vision insurance with the option to add family coverage 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match Short-term disability coverage Long-term disability coverage Life insurance Paid time off and 9 paid holidays AA/EOE, M/F
