Job Description
Project Executive - Construction /
The Project Executive operates at a strategic and operational level, serving as the primary leadership interface between project teams, executive management, clients, and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight for multiple construction and environmental infrastructure projects from planning through closeoutServe as the senior leadership contact for clients, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory stakeholdersLead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, and field leadership teamsEstablish and monitor project performance related to schedule, cost, quality, safety, and complianceOversee project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, cash flow, and change managementGuide procurement strategies, subcontractor coordination, and contract administrationEnsure adherence to applicable environmental regulations, safety standards, and permitting requirementsPartner with internal departments to align operations, estimating, accounting, and administrative supportSupport continuous improvement of project delivery processes, reporting tools, and performance metricsDrive client satisfaction, repeat work, and long-term relationship developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, environmental, or water-related projectsProven success delivering technically complex projects with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing project and field teamsStrong command of project controls, contracts, schedules, and financial managementExperience with project management systems and Microsoft Office toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentValid driver's license and ability to travel as requiredLeadership & CultureSets and models high standards for professionalism, accountability, safety, and ethical conductLeads with an ownership mindset and solution-oriented approachCommunicates clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholdersFosters a collaborative, performance-driven, and team-focused cultureWork EnvironmentCombination of office-based leadership and active project site engagementRole may require extended hours to support project and operational demandsWhat's OfferedCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceSenior leadership role with significant influence over project outcomesOpportunity to shape teams, systems, and long-term performanceStable organization with a consistent portfolio of environmental and infrastructure workIf you are interested in this opportunity please don't hesitate to apply!
