Electrical Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support new construction buildouts for a growing construction company. This individual will oversee all electrical work performed by subcontractors and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Responsibilities Oversee electrical scope across new construction projects Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors on job sites Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes Monitor schedules and enforce project timelines and milestones Inspect installations for quality, safety, and compliance Oversee conduit installation, rough-ins, and final electrical work Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and deficiencies Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders Maintain a safe and organized job site Required Skills Electrical Electrical maintenance Installation Conduit Qualifications E2 License preferred Experience running construction job sites Experience managing subcontracted electrical teams Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong communication and organizational skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
