Electrical Project Manager

BFZ Electric is looking for an Electrical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where ideas and information constantly flow between Project Management, Design, and Prefabrication. The right person will have a strong electrical background, thick skin, and a "find the best answer" mentality. This role is vital to our #1 rule: Always support the craftsmen in the field. You'll lead projects from planning to turnover, coordinating people, materials, and information to make sure our field teams are set up for success every time.

Key Responsibilities Field Support:

Be the primary advocate for our craftsmen, ensuring they have everything they need to perform efficiently and safely.

Manpower Management:

Oversee and coordinate job site personnel to ensure productive, efficient execution.

Project Planning:

Collaborate with BFZ Designers and Prefab to develop a clear plan of attack for every project. Triangulate ideas, identify better ways to prefab and build, and constantly look for smarter approaches.

Information Flow:

Keep communication tight between the Design, Prefab, and Field teams. You are the connector that keeps everyone aligned.

Material Management:

Manage procurement, delivery, and usage of materials to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.

Execution:

Lead projects from inception to completion with a focus on precision, accountability, and quality.

Customer Liaison:

Act as the key point of contact between BFZ and the client. Communicate clearly, build trust, and ensure satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

Don't wait for answers — find them and never find them alone. Every major decision should be triangulated between Project Management, Design, and Prefab to make sure it's the best move for the project and the field. At BFZ, we don't default to "how I've always done it" — we challenge it. The right PM constantly asks, "Is this the best way? The right way? The smartest way for our craftsmen in the field?" before finalizing material orders, layouts, or prefab plans. What We're Looking For 3+ years of project management or foreman experience, with a deep understanding of job-site operations. Electrical field experience required. You should be comfortable walking the job, reading plans, and making calls in real time. Strong communication and leadership skills. You can deliver direction, take feedback, and handle high-tempo collaboration without taking things personally. A drive to improve processes through teamwork, prefabrication, and planning. What We Offer Salary Range:

$80,000 - $130,000 based on experience
