Senior Electrical Project ManagerLocation:
Waterbury, CT (client is open to covering full relocation expenses)
Salary Rate:
$130,000 - $170,000 (salary depends on experience)A leading electrical construction and industrial services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. The senior project manager will be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of electrical construction projectsManage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure alignment and accountabilityMaintain strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectationsBuild and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contactOversee project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and reportingIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactivelySupport business development efforts through estimating, proposals, and client engagementQualifications8+ years of project management experience in electrical construction (mission-critical experience preferred)Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finishStrong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and team-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPMP certification or relevant technical degree preferredCandidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the application process!
