Westport, Connecticut Job Description Resource Options Inc. is partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary consulting and engineering firm to identify an experienced Site / Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their growing team. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and client-facing responsibilities. You will manage project execution, oversee schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a collaborative, design-focused environment working on projects that make a meaningful impact in the community. Responsibilities Manage multiple site development and infrastructure projects simultaneously from planning through construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Oversee preparation of engineering plans, technical reports, permit applications, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, planners, surveyors, and regulatory agencies. Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technical staff. Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental requirements, and internal quality standards. Provide technical oversight on site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred. 7-10+ years of progressive site/civil engineering experience. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, schedules, and project budgets. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD. Strong technical background in site development, grading, stormwater, and infrastructure design. Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
