Engineering Supervisor can expect to play an active role in the development and completion of projects, focused on day-to-day operations of how to implement management's decisions in their unit through the work of subordinates, plan and monitor work schedules, work with multiple and diverse teams. To be successful as a Supervising Engineer, you should have exceptional leadership, communication, and project leadership skills, experience, and a belief in developing the skills and talents of others. Ideal candidates will have experience in identifying and navigating organizational changes, a keen interest in international trends in engineering and leadership, and above-average emotional intelligence.

Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections, projects, and maintenance repairs by maintaining records. Reporting to top management. Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Implementing best practice engineering methods. Keeping track of employees' schedules and maintaining personnel records. Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management. Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies. Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.

Engineering Manager Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in leadership or realitive experiance. Bachelor's degree within the engineering field, business administration/ management [Preferred] FLSD certificate or be willing to obtain. Action-mindset. Up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
