Job Description
[Job Description] An electrical servicing company in Pacific, WA, is currently hiring for a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to support a large commercial electrical project in Redmond, WA. The Commercial Electrical Project Manager oversees commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role coordinates closely with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position offers long-term growth, exposure to diverse commercial projects, and the opportunity to develop into mentorship and leadership responsibilities within a relationship-driven culture. Pay
- $60/hr.

- Will travel between Pacific, WA and Redmond, WA ($800
- 1000 Monthly Vehicle Allowance Offered) Contract Duration
- 12 Month Contract-To-Hire [Summary of Key Responsibilities] Manage commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final turnover.
- Non-Negotiable Must Have
- ) 3-5+ Years of Commercial Electrical Project Management Experience. One or more experience with the following: 1) Design-Build, 2) Tenant Improvement, 3) Mixed-Use, 4) Ground-Up, 5) Tilt-Up (Bonus). Only residential experience is not ideal. Bluebeam proficiency for reviewing drawings, plans, and project documentation. Experience managing projects from $500K
