Position Overview The Roadway Project Manager will lead and manage transportation projects, overseeing design, coordination, and delivery while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead project teams including in-house staff and subconsultants Manage roadway and drainage design projects from concept through completion Ensure compliance with FDOT standards, Florida Green Book, and AASHTO guidelines Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies Prepare design plans, permits, and construction documents Contribute to or support traffic signal design (preferred) Qualifications Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida 6-10+ years of progressive experience in roadway engineering Experience working with FDOT and local municipalities Project experience in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties preferred Strong understanding of FDOT specifications, permitting, and roadway design standards Experience with OpenRoads and/or 3D modeling tools Local Florida experience preferred
