This role ensures our educational curriculum aligns with our Christian mission. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in education, proven leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset to scale our impact.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Oversee the design, growth, and daily execution of all New Horizons of SWFL programs.
Spiritual Alignment:
Ensure all programming reflects and integrates the organization's Christian faith and values.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate program staff.
Data & Metrics:
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs). Collect, track, and interpret data to measure program efficacy and student success.
Curriculum & Compliance:
Ensure educational content meets high standards and complies with all state, local, and grant regulations.
Community Engagement:
Build strong relationships with local schools, churches, parents, and community stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Faith Commitment:
A dedicated, practicing Christian who agrees with and upholds our Statement of Faith.
Education Background:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Teaching/Admin Experience:
Proven experience as a current/former school teacher or school administrator.
Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising staff, managing teams, and leading program operations.
Data Literacy:
Demonstrated ability to understand and develop program metrics, analyze data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Communication:
