5+ years (EIT or PE) Sponsorship/Relocation?•No About the Opportunity We are working with a growing, minority-owned engineering firm in the Tampa / Bradenton area that provides CMT, geotechnical, and forensic engineering services. With a strong foundation already in place, the business is now looking to build out and scale its Construction Materials Testing (CMT) division. This is a key strategic hire offering the chance to take ownership of a service line and play a major role in the firm's growth. The Role This position combines technical delivery, client management, and leadership, with a clear focus on growing the CMT offering.

Key responsibilities include:
