Supervise high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for efficient operational control. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Develop and implement project management strategies for ongoing improvements and renovations. Provide mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to schematics and industrial maintenance. Basic qualifications Strong supervisory experience with a proven track record in facilities management. Preferred qualifications Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components. Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Experience with project management in a hotel or similar environment. Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to hotel operations.
