Job Description
Essential Experience Needs:
Experience with USAF Civil Engineering Organizations, Eglin AFB, and/or USAF Test and Training Ranges. Knowledge and experience of DoD and USAF construction policies, standards, practices, processes, and procedures for Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, & Modernization (FSRM). Experience in Construction Project Design and Management, Project execution, Environmental Requirements and CE Operations Processes/Procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office products required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook. Ability to traverse various base/range unique terrains, wooded areas, ravines, elevated platforms, roofs, and vertical ladders. Must lift more than 30lbs frequently.Highly Desired Experience:
Experience with/Understanding of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) for construction and Progressive Design-Build processes USAF Civil Engineering expertise- Project Design & Construction Planning, Programming, Project Management, Construction Management/Oversight; SMS Builder & AMP Program experience Project Execution experience
- Civil Engineering Processes, contracting procedures, clauses, timelines, plus all methods of execution and the rules that apply. Project Design/Construction experience
- scheduling, creating/comprehension of critical path, constraints, and tracking.
