ROLE PURPOSE

Establish and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) for

SASMOS NA

Inc.'s new US manufacturing facility for Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS), aerospace wiring harnesses and defense-related electrical interconnect products. Drive quality system implementation, applicable certifications, process qualification, operator competency, New Product Introduction (NPI), project transfers and customer approvals to ensure production readiness and sustained compliance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8-12 years of relevant Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering or Quality Systems experience, preferably in aerospace, defence, aviation, EWIS or electrical interconnect manufacturing.
• Hands-on AS9100D implementation and certification-audit readiness experience; mandatory experience in aerospace NPI, industrialisation or cross-site project transfers, preferably in a greenfield facility.
• Strong working knowledge of EWIS manufacturing, IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9102 FAI, process qualification, traceability and corrective-action systems.
• Experience developing operator training/qualification programmes; US aerospace and defence customer exposure strongly preferred.

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
