On-Site Our client is looking for a leader to provide the support for the manufacturing engineering operation focused on the continuation of developing process improvements for new product development and sustaining engineering for a global product market.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's in Science 5+ year of engineering experience in an FDA regulated environment with direct experience leading manufacturing engineering operation Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering personnel within a multi-functional team supporting cnc machining, finishing, and assembly in a precision manufacturing environment Strong background in tooling evaluations and production process integrations Ability to develop and monitor manufacturing engineering SOPs, machine programs, test methods, and validation documents Capability to develop and execute department budget Develop continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
Preferred Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree in engineering with an advanced technical degree and 3+ years of leading in an FDA regulated environment Strong interdepartmental partnership development with production, quality, engineering, R D to create operational effectiveness from design to manufacturability Extensive experience in a precision manufacturing regulated environment
