Own the Virtual Design & Construction lifecycle. You will write, execute, and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for a flagship project with stringent, mission-critical security and technical requirements.

Team The Foundation:

A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

The Experience:

5+ years driving large-scale heavy civil, infrastructure, or aviation projects, with at least 3 years explicitly leading advanced BIM/VDC workflows.

The Tech Stack:

High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Synchro 4D, and modern Common Data Environments (CDEs).

The Mindset:

A rare balance of high-level strategic management and sharp technical acumen. You know what Level of Development (LOD) is required to build safely, efficiently, and securely.

The Edge:

Prior experience on high-security, mission-critical, or operationally sensitive infrastructure (e.g., aviation, transit hubs, utilities, or government facilities) is highly preferred.
