Civil Market Director Location:
Pensacola, FL Salary:
Up to $140,000 We are working with a growing civil engineering consultancy seeking a Civil Market Director to lead and grow their civil infrastructure team in the Gulf Coast region. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Professional Engineer who wants real influence over project delivery, client relationships, and team direction. You will be responsible for guiding civil design delivery across a range of municipal and public infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on stormwater, drainage, and site development. What you'll be doing: Leading and developing a civil engineering team Overseeing delivery of civil/site development and infrastructure projects Acting as key point of contact for municipal and public-sector clients Driving project strategy, budgets, and technical quality Supporting business growth and client development What we're looking for: PE license (or ability to obtain Florida PE) 20+ years' civil engineering experience Strong background in site development, drainage, stormwater, or municipal infrastructure Experience leading teams and managing client relationships Strong communication and leadership skills If this is of interest please submit your most up-to-date resume and we will be in touch to discuss the vacancy with you.
