Electrical Project Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an Electrical Project Manager in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, with a well-established electrical contractor known for outstanding employee retention, performance-based raises, and long-term career growth. This company supports municipal, school district, federal, military, warehouse, and private electrical projects ranging from $500K to $15M, offering a dynamic role for someone ready to lead projects in the Florida Panhandle. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager position include: 5+ years of commercial electrical project management experience, or 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent/Foreman ready to move into a PM role. Thoroughly review plans, specifications, purchase orders, and bills of materials for accuracy and compliance. Attend job meetings and maintain strong communication with general contractors, subcontractors, and the internal office team. Manage manpower, tools, material releases, testing schedules, and subcontractor coordination across active job sites. Travel daily to 1-3 job sites within a 3-hour radius while remaining physically and mentally present on assigned projects. Review schedules of values for monthly billing and track general contractor progress, delays, or issues in writing. Oversee jobsite organization, equipment maintenance, rented equipment pickups, packing slips, receipts, and material usage. Ensure no unauthorized changes are performed and enforce clean, organized, and waste-free jobsite practices.

Salary :

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
