Take-Home Truck | Relocation Assistance Available We're seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance field involvement, client communication, scheduling, financial management, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

Manage commercial electrical projects from turnover to closeout Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower planning, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with field teams, GCs, vendors, and stakeholders Visit jobsites regularly to stay ahead of issues and keep projects on track Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial electrical project management experience Strong knowledge of electrical construction, codes, and project execution Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Procore experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

Healthcare, education, institutional, or large commercial projects Lighting controls and complex electrical systems
