About the Role We are hiring a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems. This role sits at the center of our digital acquisition engine, with direct ownership over lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations . You will lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in system design, data flows, and performance optimization. Your work will directly impact conversion tracking, signal quality, and cost efficiency across paid media channels . What You'll Do Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems Build and optimize integrations with: Meta Google TikTok Other ad platforms and conversion
