Job Description

This key, full-time position serves as an integral member of ASP Global's executive leadership team, helping drive the Company's strategic mission through best-in-class supply chain planning and execution. The Vice President, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for establishing and executing the organization's planning strategy across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This executive partners with Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to ensure product availability, optimize inventory investment, improve forecast accuracy, and support profitable growth. The Vice President is expected to conduct business ethically, represent ASP Global professionally, comply with all company policies, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the enterprise supply chain planning strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Align planning capabilities with customer service, profitability, and operational excellence goals. Develop long-term inventory, capacity, and supply planning strategies. Demand Planning Lead enterprise forecasting across all product categories. Improve forecast accuracy through statistical forecasting, market intelligence, and collaboration. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop consensus demand plans. Supply Planning & Inventory Balance customer demand with supplier capabilities and inventory investment. Develop inventory strategies that improve service while reducing working capital. Mitigate supply disruptions through proactive planning.

Own the monthly executive
SIOP/IBP
process. Present supply, demand, inventory, and capacity recommendations to Executive Leadership. Align operational plans with financial objectives. Performance Management Monitor Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Inventory Turns, Days of Supply, OTIF, Fill Rate, Service Levels, Working Capital, and Supply Plan Adherence. Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Technology & Systems Champion planning technology initiatives and ERP optimization. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is strongly preferred. Ensure planning master data integrity and reporting accuracy. Leadership Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing planning organization. Build succession plans and foster cross-functional collaboration. MBA preferred Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience. Minimum 5 years leading supply chain planning organizations. Experience leading
SIOP/IBP
in healthcare, medical products, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Proven success leading planning transformation initiatives. Experience with ERP systems; Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) strongly preferr Skills & Knowledge Requirements Advanced knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, ERP systems, advanced planning tools, business intelligence platforms, KPI management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership. Physical Demands The physical demands are consistent with an executive office environment and may include prolonged sitting, standing, occasional lifting of office materials, and travel as required. Work Environment Professional office environment with occasional travel to distribution centers, suppliers, and business partners. Travel up to 20% may be required.
