About the Company The Siebold Company Inc. is a licensed professional mechanical and electrical installation contractor, conducting "full service" installations on projects and programs throughout the USA. Full Service indicates the company's expertise to install both mechanically and electrically as well as coordinating and project managing the tasks of engineering, fabrication, programmable logic and control wiring. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator with a strong background in industrial automation environments. This role focuses on large-scale facilities such as logistics and distribution centers, including USPS, Amazon, and UPS operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on field experience combined with advanced estimating capabilities to manage complex projects from initial RFQ through final proposal submission. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze complex Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for industrial automation and electrical systems Develop comprehensive cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing Perform detailed take-offs from drawings, specifications, and bid documents Coordinate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategies Prepare and present clear, professional proposals to clients and stakeholders Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and automation technologies Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client consultations as needed Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience as a state-licensed industrial electrician Proven experience estimating electrical projects in industrial automation or large-scale facility environments Demonstrated ability to take a complex RFQ through all phases and deliver a complete, accurate proposal Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, PLCs, conveyors, and automation infrastructure Proficiency in using Excel for estimating and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with facilities such as distribution centers, logistics hubs, or automated warehouses Background working on projects for major clients like USPS, Amazon, UPS, or similar operations Knowledge of NEC codes and industrial compliance standards What We Offer Competitive salary range of $100K
