As the Strategic Project Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and translate them into innovative solutions. Adept at project management, this role addresses complex challenges by turning visionary concepts into reality. Job Duties & Responsibilities of the
Strategic Project Engineering Manager:
Create preliminary designs, specifications, and cost estimates for engineering projects. Conduct research, feasibility studies, and economic analyses to ensure project viability. Coordinate project schedules, manage vendors, and ensure project alignment with goals. Review engineering projects, validate field work, and manage project execution. Maintain detailed documentation and manage installations to ensure compliance with specifications.
Education & Experience Requirements of Strategic Project Engineering Manager:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent. 2+ years of leadership experience required, including team development. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Experience in contract administration, project management, and national codes. Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
