About VEERA Venture VEERA Venture is a growing luxury custom homebuilder and residential developer specializing in high-end modern and contemporary homes throughout Metro Atlanta. With approximately 14 luxury homes currently under construction and continued growth planned, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Construction to lead our construction operations and help scale the company while maintaining exceptional quality. Position Overview The Vice President of Construction will oversee VEERA Venture's active residential construction portfolio and provide leadership to our existing GC/Superintendent and subcontractor network. This is a hands-on construction leadership position . We are looking for someone who can walk a project, understand exactly where construction stands, identify problems before they become expensive corrections, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure every home meets VEERA's quality standards. The VP of Construction will report directly to the Founder & CEO . Key Responsibilities Oversee approximately 14 active luxury residential projects, with the company continuing to grow. Manage and hold the GC/Superintendent accountable for project schedule, quality, workmanship and execution. Conduct regular jobsite inspections throughout Metro Atlanta. Identify construction defects, workmanship issues and potential problems before they affect schedule, cost or quality. Review architectural, structural, civil and engineering drawings. Identify conflicts between plans, design intent and actual field conditions. Establish and enforce VEERA construction and quality-control standards. Create milestone QC inspections for foundation, framing, MEP rough-in, pre-drywall, waterproofing, cabinetry, tile, millwork, finishes, exterior work and final completion. Review project schedules and proactively address delays. Coordinate with Design & Preconstruction regarding plan revisions, RFIs and field conditions. Coordinate with Procurement regarding long-lead and imported materials. Ensure jobsites are ready before scheduled material deliveries and installations. Review subcontractor performance, quality and reliability. Assist with subcontractor bidding, scope review and cost negotiations when required. Monitor construction budgets, committed costs, change orders and potential cost overruns. Lead weekly construction/project meetings. Maintain project accountability and documentation through Buildertrend. Manage punch lists and final quality-control inspections. Ensure completed homes match approved plans, specifications and VEERA's design intent. Develop construction processes and systems capable of supporting growth to 25-30+ active luxury homes . Qualifications 10+ years of residential construction experience preferred. Strong experience in luxury custom or high-end residential construction . Experience as a VP of Construction, Director of Construction, Senior Construction Manager, General Superintendent or similar leadership role. Strong understanding of the complete residential construction process from site development and foundation through luxury finishes and final completion. Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil and engineering drawings. Strong knowledge of framing, waterproofing, MEP systems, cabinetry, millwork, tile, stone, flooring, exterior finishes and high-end residential details. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and subcontractor-management skills. Excellent problem-solving and quality-control capabilities. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting and cost control. Buildertrend or similar construction-management software experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between Metro Atlanta jobsites. Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only manages schedules from an office . VEERA Venture builds architecturally distinctive luxury homes, and this position will play a major role in protecting our quality standards as the company grows. Pay:

Do you have experience performing quality-control inspections and identifying construction deficiencies in high-end residential projects? Are you willing and able to travel regularly between active construction sites throughout Metro Atlanta?
