is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business dedicated to serving government and private sector clients with comprehensive facility maintenance, HVAC services, and transportation solutions. With a strong foundation rooted in military experience and operational excellence, BryMak is committed to delivering high-quality project management and construction services across diverse infrastructure projects. Overview The Service Provider shall provide three (3) Project Managers, each responsible for independently managing approximately 15 concurrent engineering/construction projects, all in various stages of development (planning, design,solicitation, construction, closeout). Projects will primarily be located at Ft Benning, GA. Project Manager Duties include, but are not limited to: Independently managing assigned projects
  • Developing detailed scopes of work for construction project solicitation
  • Developing detailed cost estimates
  • Developing, reviewing and submitting project documentation to acquisitions team for solicitation
  • Coordinating building/road closures and swing space requirements
  • Communicating with stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Driving project progress and execution
  • Reviewing and enforcing environmental requirements
  • Submitting environmental review forms
  • Scheduling and sequencing project work
  • Conducting on-site QA and safety inspections
  • Briefing leadership and stakeholders on project statuses
  • Supporting CORs and providing surveillance documents
  • Work as key member of the project delivery team in executing Ft Benning's Sustainment and Construction program Project Manager Qualifications include, at a minimum:
  • High School Diploma plus 10 years of professional experience that includes independently managing commercial or industrial repair or construction projects.
A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or closely related field may be substituted for 5 years of professional experience. Battalion or higher-level operations management may be substituted for years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently make determinations and findings for assigned project work.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
  • Previous project support for DPW or USACE is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working at or familiarity with Fort Benning, Camp Rudder, or Camp Merrill is preferred but not required.
Project Manager Additional Training Requirements:
(within 6 months unless otherwise specified)
  • OSHA-30
  • GSWCC Level 1B certification
Pay:
$80,000.00
