Key Responsibilities Lead the hotel's engineering and maintenance team Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and building systems Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are completed Maintain compliance with safety, fire, environmental, and local regulations Manage contractors, vendors, inspections, and engineering projects Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and operational emergencies Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and schedules Support hotel operations to ensure a safe, comfortable guest environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Hotel Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering, or similar leadership role Relevant engineering/technical certification or license Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems Hotel/resort engineering experience strongly preferred Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and maintenance projects Knowledge of OSHA, fire safety, and applicable building codes Availability for emergency/on-call situations when required What We Offer Competitive salary Full-time opportunity Benefits package Leadership position with growth opportunities Professional and supportive work environment
