Affinity Propagation Project Management Leadership Collaboration Budget Legal Summary Job Description Engineering Project Manager The Engineering Project Manager supports Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) projects and the MILCON program as part of our company's on-site engineering team to assist across a wide variety of design, construction and housing-related projects, providing Planning, Programming, Engineering, Production Control, Inspection, Site Surveys and Project Management support. The position will support review of design work for repair, construction, renovation, and improvement projects at main bases and other regional locations.

Engineering Project Manager :

Up to $140,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

Work closely with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and AFIMSC Det 2 client to provide technical advice and project management support for the FSRM and MILCON Programs. In concert with the COR and Det 2 client, develop a plan for overseeing the FSRM and MILCON Program and project management in collaboration with

HQ PACAF/A4C.

Participate in regular meetings with all stakeholders, coordinating FSRM and MILCON related travel, and reviewing program/project deliverables. Ensure on-target FSRM program/project assessments, continued planning, and deliverable execution for AFIMSC Det 2, realistic expectations toward program goals, and timely and accurate deliverables. Work closely with the COR and the client to receive and manage

deliverables, review invoices, manage files, proactively reply to issues and emails, and provide recommendations to the government to optimize process and performance outcomes regarding the

PACAF CTO.

Facilitate FSRM and MILCON project meetings with other contractors and internal government clients; present recommendations to Det 2 leadership. Manage assigned projects; review/validate specifications, design, and technical documents; schedule and track projects using multiple existing or self-created tools; solve engineering and construction issues; coordinate with others on preferences in design and materials; identify, document, and incorporate lessons learned. Assist with contract formation and ensure projects meet all local and Air Force housing and construction requirements, as required, oversee the status of each phase of the project lifecycle and provide written reports to multiple clients. Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for assessment reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management Facilitate project meetings with other contractors and internal government clients, present recommendations to Det 2 leadership. Works with the Service Owners and Project Managers to review identified schedules and resource risks and issues across the projects, programs, and enterprise. Communicates schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders Performs other job-related duties as required by the client. Engineering Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's Degree (BS) in relevant engineering or architecture from an accredited school. Not preferred, but specific and extensive engineering and DoW experience can supplement for a BS degree. Master's Degree in technical disciple such as engineering, architecture, construction and/or project management is a plus. 8+ years' experience within the last 10 years, focusing on engineering and engineering project management. Preferably includes familiarity with Asset Management principles and FSRM Program Business Rules. PMP Certificate is preferred. AFIMSC and/or AFCEC experience is a plus but not required. Air Force Base level and Major Command level experience is a plus. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Air Force

for unescorted access to controlled areas. Excellent communication, computer, and data management skills required. Experience with facility-related data systems (e.g., TRIRIGA/NexGen, GEOBASE, Builder, etc.). Demonstrated professional-level ability to work with DoW engineers, targeted contracting specialists, non-A&AS contractors, and end-users to collect data, present findings, and recommend alternative courses of action. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
