Project Leadership:
Serve as the team lead for the automation and process control portion of large capital projects, coordinating resources from internal teams and external contractors.
Capital Project Management:
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, budget management, timeline development, and risk mitigation for projects ranging from 6 months to 3 years.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and oversight on control system technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, and associated network architectures. Experience with legacy and modern control platforms is highly valued.
System Integration:
Oversee the integration of new control systems with existing plant infrastructure and process equipment. While direct PLC programming is not a core requirement, a strong understanding of controls engineering principles is essential to effectively manage and guide project teams.

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
