Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Staff Fuels Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex fuel engineering and core design projects within our Engineering & Design organization. In this role, you will oversee the nuclear fuel cycle, from analysis and performance modeling through implementation, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams while driving innovative, cost effective fuel strategies. Collaborating across Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial groups, you will deliver high-impact solutions that improve plant performance and support Constellation's sustainability goals. This position also mentors junior engineers and helps shape best practices in fuels engineering and project delivery.
