The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience at a defense manufacturer, ideally in a build-to-print environment, with a strong technical or engineering background and proven cross-functional coordination skills.

Annually BOE Responsibilities:

Own inside sales, customer service, and engineering oversight for assigned defense product lines throughout the full order lifecycle. Prepare and manage quotes, and review orders and purchase order revisions for accuracy and compliance with defense program requirements. Oversee customer communication and expediting to ensure responsive, professional engagement at every stage of the order process. Coordinate closely with production, quality, and engineering departments to drive smooth project execution and on-time delivery. Ensure adherence to defense manufacturing requirements, including first article and source inspection processes. Interpret and apply military drawings and specifications to support manufacturing and production activities. Apply working knowledge of DLA and DIBBS systems to manage procurement and order-related activities. Ensure compliance with DPAS ratings and

FAR/DFARS

flow-down requirements across all applicable programs.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience working at a defense manufacturer, ideally within a build-to-print environment. Working knowledge of DLA and DIBBS systems and their application to defense procurement and order management. Familiarity with DPAS ratings and

flow-down requirements and the ability to apply them to active programs. Experience with first article and source inspection processes in a defense manufacturing context. Ability to accurately read and interpret military drawings and specifications. Strong cross-functional coordination skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams. Engineering degree or strong technical background preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard for prolonged periods. Specific vision abilities required due to computer work and the review of technical drawings and documents. Light lifting may be required on occasion.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
