• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements, including automation and quality frameworks
• Analyze data, workflows, and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Manage and resolve cases, escalations, and operational workflows end-to-end
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to implement solutions
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and governance standards Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or quality roles
• Strong experience in Trust & Safety / Quality / Data operations (or transferable from consulting/financial services)
• Experience with SQL and data analysis (quality sampling, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, automation, and strategic thinking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) and customer-facing environments What's in this Program Manager position for you?

Pay Details:
