This posting includes positions open for SMB, Commercial, Enterprise and Key Accounts- across the different industry vertical teams. Through collaboration with the customer, the Product teams, and Professional Services, Solutions Engineers develop thoughtful solutions that help our customers connect with their customers in new ways. The Solution Engineering organization is organized into several smaller teams based on the products they are selling, or theindustry/vertical they are selling into aligning with the sales teams. In addition, we have Core Teams that sell the entire Salesforce Platform while our Co Prime teams specialize in a specific cloud solution including but not limited to: Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and more. We hire based on skills/experience and are open to hiring at all levels for the right candidate. Your Mission as a Solutions Engineering Pre-Sales Leader In this influential role, you will:
Lead Transformation Efforts:

Develop and scale organizational programs to enhance team productivity, expertise, and collaboration.
