Type:
full-time Responsibilities Represent Quality Assurance during NPI activities, supporting and guiding internal teams and customers through applicable IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP requirements. This includes preparing and reporting validation plans, protocols, control plans, gage studies, procedures, results, and other required documentation. Develop and maintain quality performance reports, evaluate quality trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for newly introduced and existing products until established yield goals are achieved. Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal team members regarding quality-related matters. Act as a key Quality Management System representative by administering and overseeing ISO and other applicable QMS activities. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including necessary follow-up activities, as assigned. Support internal audit training, document control activities, and provide input into system-level risk assessments. Identify and implement process improvements and preventive measures to maintain compliance with ISO and other applicable regulatory and QMS requirements. Provide daily quality engineering support to manufacturing teams for quality-related activities and assignments. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to assess the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment. Ensure manufacturing processes consistently meet established quality standards and requirements. Partner with supply chain teams to provide supplier quality engineering support and establish appropriate supplier quality requirements. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience. 7+ years of progressively responsible experience within an electronics manufacturing environment. Experience working within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing operation is preferred. Experience utilizing Quality Engineering tools and methodologies, including Control Plans, validation, pFMEA, PPAP, testing, and inspection strategies. Strong knowledge of current inspection equipment and methodologies, quality assurance principles, procedures, techniques, and general business operations. Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods and other data analysis techniques to evaluate quality and manufacturing performance. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve established goals and objectives. Ability to establish project goals, priorities, and objectives and successfully drive projects through completion.
