Electrical Power Distribution & Facilities Overview:
Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of turn-key electrical construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, billing, design review/coordination, cost tracking, safety compliance, and proposal preparation. Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and coordinate the development of electrical design documents and working drawings. Independently and in partnership with senior management, prepare and submit detailed project proposals. Represent the company in client meetings to present proposals, review project scope, and address design, cost, and scheduling questions. Ensure accurate, comprehensive project estimates that align with the electrical scope of work and contractual requirements. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals throughout all phases of assigned projects. Oversee internal project accounting, cost reporting, and financial performance to maintain budget alignment. Plan, direct, and support field operations, ensuring effective coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover packages, and resolution of warranty-related items
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. 5-7 years of electrical project management experience; prior success delivering design/build electrical projects is strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead negotiations and resolve conflicts constructively. Willingness and flexibility to travel to project sites nationwide as required.
