If you are a current employee, please navigate here to apply internally. The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Quality Management System (QMS) for Intellihot platform. This position tracks and continually improves operational processes to maximize design intent of fit, form, and function for components, products, and services to meet or exceed customer expectations. The Quality Manager provides Quality leadership in all processes from New Product Development/Introductions, sourcing, purchasing, receiving, manufacturing and assembly support, sustaining engineering, audits, Tech Services, and through returned goods. This position provides metrics development and assessment for awareness and continual improvement, supports operations through Managing Job Specific Work Instructions and part programming, and focus on building a proactive, preventative quality culture, leading quality assurance teams, driving continuous improvement, and reducing costs related to defects. Essential Job Functions Manage and continuously improve the QMS to align with lean manufacturing principles, ensuring it supports product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Lead cross-functional quality initiatives that drive measurable improvements in compliance, productivity, and risk mitigation. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure organizational practices remain compliant. Lead efforts to identify and address compliance gaps proactively. Utilize data-driven methods (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC) to improve process capability, reduce waste, and improve quality KPIs. Investigate quality deviations, lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, and manage customer complaints to ensure high-quality delivery. Collaborate with various department staff to provide data about current quality levels and expertise for maintaining and improving the quality of work and products. Develop, implement, and maintain incoming inspection procedures and sampling plans based on risk and product criticality. Analyze inspection data and generate reports to track quality trends, KPIs, and target continuous improvement. Manage quality team through mentoring and coaching, while creating and implementing quality training procedures. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to product quality and safety. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor of Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in Quality, 5+ years experience in a leadership role.Travel Requirements:
