They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team while helping strengthen the systems, processes, and coordination required to successfully move engineered-to-order projects from concept through manufacturing execution. This is not a traditional engineering management role focused solely on design activities. The successful candidate will help connect engineering, planning, manufacturing, ERP systems, scheduling, and project execution to ensure customer commitments are delivered efficiently and effectively.   • Lead and develop a team of engineers, designers, estimators, and technical personnel
  • Drive engineering workflow, prioritization, and project execution
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, planning, and leadership teams to improve organizational performance
  • Support ERP, BOM, routing, scheduling, and engineering change processes
  • Improve the transition of engineering designs into successful manufacturing execution
  • Develop scalable processes, standards, and best practices
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the organization Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering highly desirable
  • Experience leading engineering teams within manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in engineered-to-order, custom manufacturing, industrial equipment, structural products, fabrication, machinery, or related industries
  • Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing processes, supply chain, planning, routing, scheduling, or manufacturing engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions
