Job Description
Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Staff Fuels Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex fuel engineering and design projects supporting our nuclear and energy portfolio. In this role, you will plan and execute multi disciplinary projects, perform advanced fuel cycle and core design analyses, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and regulatory teams to optimize reliability, safety, and cost, while advancing sustainability goals. This position offers the chance to influence fleet fuel strategy, mentor engineers, and contribute to innovative, low carbon energy solutions within a dynamic, supportive culture.
