An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities The Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Product Engineering provides entry-level engineers an opportunity to gather experiences and exposures throughout John Deere. It provides rotational opportunities to develop an understanding of John Deere's products and services and establish a network of people to support personal and professional growth. The program gives recent engineering graduates three experiences over a two year period. The eight-month rotations include assignments in areas like Controls & Simulation, Drivetrain, Electronics, Embedded Software, Engines, Structures — all possible at various John Deere locations.Possible Locations:
Georgia (Grovetown), Illinois (Moline), Iowa (Davenport, Des Moines, Dubuque, Ottumwa, Waterloo), North Carolina (Cary, Fuquay-Varina), Wisconsin (Horicon) Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. ## What Skills You Need- Action Planning
