About The Role:

This role will manage a global team of engineers with responsibility for application and platform engineering for marine power products. Travel likely to be required up to 10% due to the reporting team being located in multiple location in both the UK and USA.

What Will You Do:

Manage the product management team for marine products as part of the Marine Power Products department Lead the team based in Wimborne, Mossville and Griffin across the complete product lifecycle from NTI through to current production and DTO Have a customer-back mindset to provide the best possible solutions to the challenges of both product development and current production of marine products Manage and maintain product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget

Summary Pay Range:

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
