Role Summary In this position, you will be the liaison between Driveline Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering for Driveline Production lines and the general assembly of our electric drive units. - Mechanical Engineer/Mechatronic Engineer/Electrical Engineer with automotive experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in automotive/aeronautic/mechanical design
- Multidisciplinary team leadership
- Process knowledge, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R development, APQP
- Working level understanding of GD&T, Root Cause Analysis, Statistics/Data Analysis, VAVE
- Proactive
- Project Planning
- Develop, Design, Validate and Release design changes applicable to components/systems (BOM responsible)
- CAD proficient
- Verbal and written communication / negotiation skills (Product to Plant/Suppliers to Product)
Pay Disclosure Salary Range Illinois-Based Applicants:
$98,500-$123,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).Benefits Summary:
