Quality Manager in
Manufacturing Compensation:
$95,000 to 115,000 depending on
Experience Location:
Southern Suburb of Ottawa Illinois

As THE leading player in the industry, they are seeking a talented Quality Manager to lead and develop their quality team and contribute to the continued success of this facility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee the quality team and quality processes
  • further develop QC systems
  • conduct audits to identify and correct deficiencies
  • proactively provide feedback to product development in preventing and reducing all quality related costs in manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals

WHAT CRITERIA YOU'LL NEED TO LAND THIS JOB
Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years experience ASQ Quality Engineer Certificate preferred Lean Sigma experience preferred Quality Tools skills and training, GD&T Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Not needing VISA assistance now or in the future.
