Manage and lead Manufacturing Engineering Dept. including core team consisting of Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Associate degree, Mechanical Design), Manufacturing Engineer (Bachelor's degree, Mechanical Engineering), Manufacturing Engineer (Bachelor's degree, Industrial Technology), Manufacturing Technician Level II (College 44 credits), and Manufacturing Technician Level II (High school diploma). Manage, plan, and assure engineering, validation, testing, and launch, of manufacturing processes, New Product Introduction (NPI), and high volume production of Bergstrom proprietary heating ventilation and cooling (HVAC) systems and heater systems including condensers, evaporator coils, thermal expansion valves (TXV), thermostats, heater coils (heater matrixes), water valves, blower motors, wire harnesses, actuators, blend doors, and cabin air filters. Plan, engineer, develop, deploy, and continuously improve Global Manufacturing Standard (GMS) structured process and standardized production line system to test, produce, and assemble all Bergstrom HVAC systems, heater systems, condensers, evaporator coils, heater matrixes, and water valves, for delivery to agricultural, mining, and heavy-duty truck sector customers. Sixty months' experience as Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, or related, engineering and deploying global manufacturing standard or system structured process and standardized production line system to test and produce HVAC systems or related.

Salary range:
