Job Description
About the roleZillow is looking for a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to run complex, high-priority cross-functional programs within the Agent Go-to-Market organization. This role is for someone with experience bringing structure to ambiguous situations, keeping stakeholders aligned, and driving initiatives from framing through delivery without losing momentum.
This position ensures the programs that matter most to the business move with clarity and pace. The right people are in the room, the right decisions are getting made, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to execute on the highest-priority initiatives and help build the operating rigor that lets the Go-to-Market organization scale. You Will Get ToOwn complex cross-functional programs end to end, from problem framing through delivery, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to keep work on track and stakeholders aligned.
Build and maintain the structure each initiative needs: clear objectives, named owners, milestones, and a live view of risks and dependencies.
Communicate program status, decisions, and blockers with clarity across all levels, from working teams to senior leadership, so the right people always have the right information.
Run working sessions and stakeholder reviews that drive actual decisions, not just status updates.
Identify where work is stalled and surface the decision or tradeoff needed to unblock it.
Support the development and documentation of Go-to-Market operating norms, turning lessons from individual programs into repeatable processes.
Run pilots to test new Go-to-Market motions and help assess readiness for broader rollout.
