Small tight knit collaborative group of tenured mechanics & electricians Plentiful opportunities of growth internally Key Responsibilities They take projects from start to finish—handling planning, design, fabrication, installation, and ongoing support Ability to read line diagrams, follow schematics accurately, and wire components correctly into the panel. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a consistent workload independently Experience in light metal fabrication, such as cutting out boxes or shaping back panels, would be a plus Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years' experience in panel building or panel wiring experience Ability to interpret electrical schematics and line diagrams.
