at Insight Global in Rosemont, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer, AI Native for a top technology-driven client operating at the intersection of healthcare, financial services, and legal workflows. This candidate will own test architecture for complex, multi-service platforms while helping define how quality engineering evolves in an AI assisted, agentic delivery model. The role blends deep automation expertise with leadership, mentorship, and modern AI tooling to ensure high-quality releases at scale. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Design and own automated test architecture across backend, UI, and E2E workflows
- Build and maintain Playwright/TypeScript UI tests and C#/xUnit/NUnit API tests
- Define and manage scalable test data strategies for CI environments
- Lead AI-native QE practices, including standards for AI-generated test review
- Execute and integrate performance/load testing into release pipelines
- Partner with product and engineering on risk-based test planning
- Use production telemetry to inform and expand automated coverage
- Mentor QEs through reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
- Ensure CI pipelines provide fast, reliable, and actionable quality signals
- Experience with AI-native / agentic engineering models
- Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude for test generation
- Performance/load testing experience (Azure Load Testing, k6, or similar)
- Experience defining performance thresholds and quality gates
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor & Application Insights
